Terms of Service

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between the User and the Service Provider (see section 10 below). By completing payment via Stripe, you accept these terms in full.

1. Definitions

  • Website — https://imagineskills.ru
  • Course — a set of digital educational materials (videos, tasks, and documents) delivered online via a personal account
  • User — an individual who accepts this agreement by purchasing access
  • Provider — Mikhail Afanasev, sole proprietor (see section 10)

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Provider grants the User access to the Course under a lifetime non-exclusive license for personal use only.
2.2. The Course is an informational digital product and does not qualify as a formal education service. No certificates or government-recognized documents are issued.

3. Pricing and Currency

3.1. The Course price is displayed on the Website in USD or other supported currency, inclusive of applicable taxes and processing fees.
3.2. The Provider operates as a sole proprietor and is not registered for VAT in the USA.

4. Payment

4.1. Payment is processed via Stripe or other available payment systems listed on the Website.
4.2. The total price includes payment processing fees.
4.3. The Agreement is deemed concluded once full payment is successfully received.

5. Access to the Course

5.1. Access is granted automatically after payment confirmation and delivered to the User’s email.
5.2. The date of the first lesson viewed is recorded and considered the start of service delivery. See Refund Policy for details.

6. Rights and Responsibilities

User agrees to:

  • Use the Course solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes
  • Not share or distribute the content to third parties

Provider agrees to:

  • Provide 24/7 access to the platform (with 99% uptime), excluding scheduled maintenance
  • Offer technical support via email at support@imagineskills.ru

7. Refunds

Refunds are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement.
By completing the purchase, the User confirms they have reviewed and accepted the refund terms.

8. Limitations of Liability

8.1. The Provider is not responsible for access issues caused by the User’s own devices, internet connection, or browser.
8.2. Neither party is liable for delays or failure to perform due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, internet outages, legal restrictions).

9. Privacy

Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
